Strict and Enforced 24 hour no-show and cancellation policy

**We now require a credit or debit card on file to book an appointment. 

The Voom Room requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. Your appointments are very important to our team. They are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours as well as 24 hours in advance via text and/or email that you have provided. Please make sure that we have correct and updated information when booking so that confirmations go smoothly. This policy helps our team members maintain a full schedule and allows guests that have been waiting a chance to receive a service. You understand that by making an appointment at The Voom Room that you are responsible for keeping track of you appointment dates and times. You understand that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and if you fail to give the proper notice, that you will be charged 50% of your total scheduled service on your first occurrence and 100% of your total scheduled service for each occurrence thereafter. You understand that if you are a “No-show” twice in our system that all of your future appointments must be pre-paid.
